World Travel Awards, now in its 28th year, was established in 1993 to recognize achievement in all fields of the tourism industry.
WTA is one of the most prestigious and detailed global awards bodies. It seeks to “acknowledge, honor, and recognize innovation across all core sectors of the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries.”
The World Travel Awards brand is now known around the world as the ultimate mark of excellence, with winners setting the bar for all others to follow.
Africa’s Leading Conservation Company, Africa’s Leading Private Game Reserve, and Africa’s Responsible Tourism Award are among the categories for which they have been nominated.
In addition to Ol Pejeta spearheads conservation and community development efforts.
It also prioritizes maintaining Kenya’s image, especially Laikipia’s, as a top-of-mind destination among international travelers, with the support of prominent industry platforms like the World Travel Awards.
How To Vote
The 2021 WTA online voting period for Asia is from March 30 to August 16, 2021, and is open to the public and travel industry stakeholders.
Online users may simply register for an account on the WTA portal using a valid e-mail address.
After an e-mail verification, registrants will be able to cast their votes.
Additionally, users who are members of the travel industry have the option to apply for an upgraded WTA account by providing additional details such as company name and association number upon registration and fulfilling the minimum requirement of ten votes.
