County Executive for Agriculture Mrs. Caroline Kagwiria Mutiga, speaking today at Nchoroiboro, Ruiri Rwarera Ward in Buuri, said that her Department will supply dairy farmers with quality grass seeds, AI Services, technical expertise and advise, as well as all other support they need in order to increase their dairy production.
She challenged the farmers to utilize these services optimally, and to fully engage and make maximize use of Services of the Department personnel on the ground, at their disposal.

Mrs. Mutiga and her team issued over 1200kg of quality grass seeds and microscopes for livestock disease diagnosis and control. She said these services will be given to farmers across the County.
Area MCA Hon. Kalembe Rengine thanked Governor Kiraitu’s administration represented by Mrs. Mutiga, saying that the region is now witnessing improved dairy yields because of the intensified efforts by the department to empower and support farmers.
